Brayleys Cars expands into Buckinghamshire with acquisition of Milton Keynes dealerships

MILTON KEYNES, U.K. - Aug. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- Paul Brayley, owner of Hertfordshire based Brayleys Cars, has expanded his business into Buckinghamshire for the first time following the purchase of Milton Keynes Mazda, Renault and Dacia from Marshall Motor Group for an undisclosed sum.

Brayleys takes over the Milton Keynes sites on Barnsdale Drive with immediate effect and existingstaff will transfer their employment to the new owner.

Resulting from a successful two years of trading at the company’s first Mazda dealership, which opened in Harpenden in May 2012 as a dual franchise with Kia, Brayleys is already gearing up for its third Mazda outlet in Essex, which will open in January 2015.

Commenting on the company’s continued growth, Paul Brayley, Managing Director, Brayleys, said:

“Our latest acquisition breaks new ground for Brayleys as it marks the launch of our first business in Buckinghamshire as well our first European manufacturer franchises.
