She is now a member of the “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the two respected publications. Bailey is now ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 963,000 REALTORS® nationwide.

The Thousand  real estate professionals was announced June 27, 2014, with four separate categories honoring the top 250 residential agents and agent teams for excellence in:

According to The Thousand, Bailey had 154 transaction sides, ranking her 194^th in the nation.

Bailey, a multi-million dollar producer, was also the top agent company-wide for Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace in 2013 and received a prestigious Coldwell Banker designation: the International President’s Premier. She was also recognized as Tennessee’s top Coldwell Banker agent for 2013.

Bailey, a native of Clearwater, Florida, earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of South Florida in Tampa. She moved to Knoxville with her family in 2000. Bailey is assisted by her husband, Chuck, a licensed agent and mortgage broker. They have been married for nearly 30 years and have two college-aged children. Daughter Brittney has recently joined the team, managing marketing and social media efforts.

In her time with CBWW, Baily has been recognized multiple times as one of Knoxville’s top agents. Since joining Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, she has developed a business that allows her to better assist people with their housing needs.
