Cape Coral Solar Company, Fafco Solar, Announces Promotion of Troy Hayes to Operations Manager

CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Aug. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Cape Coral solar company, Fafco Solar, announces the promotion of Troy Hayes to Operations Manager. In his new position, Hayes will be scheduling installations and service calls, acquiring permits and inspections, and handling the overall management of all Fafco Solar technicians.

“Troy has great organizational and computer skills”, says Dan Morrissey, President of Fafco Solar. “He is always trying to figure out how to do things better. And most importantly, Troy has a great attitude about work and life. He’s a perfect fit for this position.”

Troy has four years of experience working for Fafco Solar as a technician, which will make it an easy transition to Operations Manager, according to Morrissey. He specializes in solar pool heating. In addition, Troy has seven years of experience working as a draftsman for construction companies in New Jersey and Georgia.

Outside of work, Troy loves playing beach volleyball and is one of the best players in the area… having won many tournaments around Florida. He and his wife, Brett, organize and manage the Fort Myers Beach Volleyball Club. Troy also loves his family life and spends a lot of time at the beach with his wife and their three kids.
