Gary Mathews Donates K9 Vests @ Special Event for Sheriff's Office

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Aug. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- Gary Mathews showed his support for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office with the donation of 5 bullet and stab resistant vests for each of the dogs in the K9 Unit. The unit, made up of Belgian Malinois and German Shepherds, perform search and rescue missions, sniff out dangerous drugs and explosives, track criminals, and assist in traffic stops.

This Event took place August 15th. Provided by The Gary Mathews Dealerships, Promoted by A3 Marketing, Bobby Williams, and Special Music by Mike Robinson, along with Live Radio Remote from 5Star Stations.

Mayor Mc'Millian 'shined bright' as she thanked Sheriff John Fuson for his hard work and the great work of The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.  “I just want to say on behalf of the City of Clarksville we are so proud of Sheriff Fuson and his entire team at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office for they do to help protect all of us, make us safe, and do everything they can in this K-9 group of folks and their furry friends do a wonderful job in helping us, solving crimes, and making this city work; and we at the city are appreciative of everything that you do!”

Sheriff John Fuson Thanked Mr. Mathews for his continued support, and expressed how thankful The Department was to have received the bullet proof vests for the invaluable four-legged officers,

Sheriff Fuson concluded, “Montgomery County Sheriff’s office has always been known to have a strong K-9 program and over the recent years we have worked to make the program even better. He also provided funds from the Mathews Nissan to insure that the K9 project was accomplished, and has been a long time supporter of The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
