Last Call for Outstanding Peacemaker Nominations

DRCWM’s inaugural event, 'Don't Worry, Be Happy!' will recognize local peacemakers

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Sept. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- LAST CHANCE to nominate a peacemaker who makes a difference in your life, neighborhood, place of business, school -- or any other field. Someone who is leading an awesome effort to get people interested in “talking it out” in a positive way. Is there a teacher, professor, mediator, legal professional, or community leader who has dedicated their time to peaceful conflict resolution?

We have extended the deadline for nominations to Monday, September 8. Do you know a brilliant peacemaker from the business, education, neighborhood, or court sectors who displays qualities like these:

1. provides exceptional service to the community;
2. has enhanced awareness of dispute resolution processes;
3. volunteers their time and expertise;
4. displays academic achievement?

If selected, we will honor your peacemaker at DRCWM's inaugural event celebrating International Conflict Resolution Day, Thursday, October 16 from 7-9:30 at the CityFlats Hotel ballroom.

Anybody can nominate! Please pass this info on to friends and colleagues! Download a nomination form from our home page: www.drcwm.org/

Don't miss this chance to show your appreciation!
