David Bennett Joins Cypress Equities

SAN FRANCISCO - Sept. 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Cypress Equities companies* (“Cypress”) is pleased to welcome David Bennett to its Market Street Place project.

Mr. Bennett will serve as the company’s onsite senior project manager handling the daily coordination of the project. The urban retail project, located on Market Street between 5th and 6th, will feature an exterior façade combining layers of clear and translucent glass that capture fragmented images of the streetscape while providing a peek into the shopping experience inside.

Mr. Bennett has been responsible for overall project management duties for numerous projects, including the Levis Strauss Company San Francisco Headquarters Building, and the famed City of Fremont, CA Police Facility. He has over 30 years of experience in contract negotiation and administration, conceptual and detailed cost estimating, project budgets, management of engineering and architectural consultants and construction litigation. Mr. Bennett holds a bachelor’s degree in city and regional planning, from California Polytechnic State University, in San Luis Obispo.
