NxGEN Electronics announced that the board has selected Gary L. Luick as their Chief Executive Officer. He brings skills and experience to NxGEN the Board feels are needed to refocus and guide the company’s growth and technology capabilities. Mr. Luick lives in San Diego. He was responsible as CEO for remolding two communication networking companies that provided advanced manufacturing and technology solutions. He revitalized and grew both companies to long term profitability while becoming technology leaders in their industries. “We are fortunate to secure the services of Mr. Luick, whose career spans over 30 years, initially spending 10 years with Allied Signal. His experience encompasses turnarounds, R&D and new high growth electronics markets and technology. He will bring leadership to the strategic positioning NxGEN needs for our future”, said James Bergfalk, fellow board member of NxGEN . “Gary will provide the day to day management in San Diego as well as a depth of senior level management we require for transformation and growth. He understands our technology and the industries we serve and has specialized in turnaround management.” said Art Fillmore, Chairman of the Board of NxGEN Electronics. Mr. Luick has served on the board for the last year.
