By: Lonnie Bissonnette As the only paraplegic to jump from all four of the BASE objects in BASE jumping (Bridge, Antennae, Span and Earth), Bissonnette becomes part of an exclusive club with his achievements' inclusion in the 2014 Annual Ripley's Believe It Or Not edition, Reality Shock. The books' release last week comes on the heels of an intense and satisfying summer for Lonnie. In July, Bissonnette returned to the scene of his life-altering accident, Perrine Bridge; and, on the 10th Anniversary of his accident, jumped from the bridge that has haunted him for a decade. Bissonette's return to Perrine Bridge was featured on ESPN in an SC Feature titled "Still Flying". Following the success of the feature, ESPN interviewed Lonnie for a follow-up and the feature, including new interview footage, will be airing on ESPN through November (see schedule below). Bissonnette is currently working on many other projects to continue to add to his list of "firsts".
