Jones & Co. Realty Agents Attend Inaugural Miami New Construction Show

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Sept. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Arlete Cristina Cadore and Maria Stopa, real estate agents withJones & Co. Realty (http://www.jonesandcorealty.com/), attended the inaugural Miami New Construction Show, recently held at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Developers showcasing 47 condominium construction projects in South Florida were among the 86 exhibitors occupying 110 booths, along with allied professionals including tax advisors, property managers, title companies, architects and mortgage lenders.

The Miami area is currently experiencing a condo construction boom, and the Jones & Co. agents set off to the show on a fact-finding mission for information to bring back to their Southwest Florida-based and international buyers.

Cadore said, “It was an excellent event where I had the opportunity to network with new condo developers, and find out about ongoing construction projects and all the areas targeted for new development.”

Expert panel discussions at the show centered on topics such as “Why is Miami’s Preconstruction Condo Market So Hot?” “Comparing and Contrasting Miami to Other Global Cities,” and “An Expert Synopsis of the Preconstruction Condo Buying Cycle.”

Foreign buyers have driven a lot of the activity on Florida’s southeast coast, and Stopa was especially interested in updates on Brazilian buyers, with whom she shares a cultural background. “The show was very informative,” she said. “I got to know the latest trends, designs and price structure in new construction.”

In addition to building and nurturing east coast connections, attendees also learned about social media marketing strategy for real estate experts, along with topics on crowdsourcing for investors and pitching a real estate project.
