Sept. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Welcome to Skate Toronto. Our private skating club located in North York offers a variety of skating lessons for Tots, Children, Tweens and Teens. Skate Toronto offers Learn to Skate, Power Skating and Figure Skating lessons all year long at our North York location.

We offer small group sizes so that our skaters can improve their skating skills at a faster rate during all of our skating lessons. All of our figure skating coaches are NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) certified and come from a variety of professional skating backgrounds.

We offer the Learn to Skate program used by skating clubs all across Canada that has six stages and is designed to teach students the ABC’s (Agility, Balance and Control) of skating from the beginning to more advanced elements and skills in these three categories.

Once skaters have completed Level 4 of our Learn to Skate program they may have the option to move into the Power Skating Program to prepare them for hockey. Those skaters interested in figure skating either for recreation or competitively can join our Junior Figure Skating program to be prepared for the Intermediate Figure Skating program. Skate Toronto offers both the Junior and Intermediate Figure Skating programs at our North York location.
