Rai University & Government of Gujarat Organizes Science Fair in Ahmedabad

AHMEDABAD, India - Oct. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Shri Bhupendrasinh Chudasma, Hon’ble Minister of Education was the Chief Guest for the Inaugural Ceremony on 30th September. This Science Fair is a platform for students to put their theoretical learning into practicality. University aims to encourage innovative ideas and scientific knowledge amongst students through this fair.

Rai University is one of the pioneers in the field of education in India. University is responsible for the wide acceptance of MOOCS and e-learning platforms in India and states like Gujarat. The science fair is an initiative of the institution which aims to provide skill based knowledge to the students in order to meet the changing demands of the industry.

The ongoing fair is a display of education, skill, science, practical knowledge and young vision in the country. With their primary motive to promote skill based education in the state, Government of Gujarat and District Institute of Education & Training (DIET) is also participating in this state level science fair.

As one of their key agendas, the newly elected government is focusing towards the promotion of skill based education in the country. Science Fair at Rai University, Ahmedabad is a step towards their goal of having an educated and skilled nation. First day of the fair was cheerful for the students and participants as Shri Bhupendrasinh Chudasma, Hon’ble Minister of Education welcomed all the participants and appreciated Rai University for its vision and contribution towards education in the country.

The two day fair is going to witness lots of new, sustainable, unique ideas that can change the face of world and make it a healthier place to live in.
