Spiritual But Not Religious (SBNR) is a growing point of view perhaps coming out of the secularizing trend of society. These are people who are looking for "something more"  but who reject organized religion with its power structures, rituals, and requirements.

Are you only a collection of atoms and molecules, a particular organization of chemicals? Or are you something more? The journey you are about to begin or continue is about the exploration of meaning or of understanding what is true and real.

Words, and especially questions, have the ability to transform or influence your very identity. A particular phrase can affect your emotions, thoughts, and actions.

In this short book, if it can be considered a book, you are given a chance to expand your conscious awareness of things you cannot see or touch. The Spiritual Journey can help the reader discover values and beliefs, hope and meaning, as well as encouragement and support to face life challenges and even death.

In Your Spirituality Score you are asked to consider forty-one questions that could change the trajectory of your life. The power of individual identity developed from childhood may present you with challenges too great to meet, and so you are invited to explore your identity in the Personal and Group Identity Short-Form Questionnaire.

Much of who we are individually is influenced by our childhood and family upbringing, and so you are invited to look into your past through the Counseling Assessment Self-Healing Questionnaire.

Finally, the idea of love as your true nature is proposed in Cultivating Love As Your Identity. Could it be true that our identity, our self-image, can be shaped by adopting a new meta-belief about our humanity?
