1st Annual Community Appreciation Day Presented by Nevada Comprehensive Pain Center

LAS VEGAS - Oct. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Nevada Comprehensive Pain Center (NVCPC) one of the leading pain clinics in Southern Nevada for nearly a decade, is giving back to the community by hosting its first annual “Community Appreciation Day” on Thursday, October 16.

         An estimated 300 healthcare professionals, seniors, current, and former patients will interact with City of Las Vegas Mayor Pro Tem, Stavros Anthony (Ward 4) and celebrities at NVCPC’s Summerlin location at 7730 W. Cheyenne Suite 107, Las Vegas, 89129. The event is FREE and open to the public. Proceeds will benefit Opportunity Village.

         Masters of Ceremony Sean Van Horn, Sun City Dance Company, and Sun City Aliante Steppers will provide the entertainment. Complimentary breakfast will be provided by Pink Box, Bagel Café and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf from 9 a.m.- 11 a.m., and attendees will be served donuts, fruit and coffee. Lunch will be sponsored by Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and guests will enjoy sub sandwiches, fruit, vegetables, and water provided by Arrow Head.

         Street Freeze Ice Cream will donate a portion of their sales to Opportunity Village. Additionally, attendees will enjoy a raffle that includes the following donations: an Apple Ipad donated by NVPCP, a hair cut by Great Clips Salon, a pedicure at Nails by Kim, a gift basket from CT Rose Salon, and much more. Best of all, 100% of the raffle proceeds will go to benefit Opportunity Village.

Tours of the new NVCPC Summerlin office will begin at 9 a.m. and participating vendors will be available to answer questions about health related products and services and more.
