Follow on Google News | Brooks City Base Renews Contract with BethanyEast PRSan Antonio, TX boutique public relations firm tapped to market international investor relations for former Air Force Base. Seeking out minimum $500k investors from African continent.
By: BethanyEast PR & Mgmt. Consulting BethanyEast PR’s focused effort is to create a media buzz campaign and spur investor interest from the African continent, with an emphasis on Nigeria. The 3-year old public relations firm, founded by husband and wife team Uchennaya and Christian (Reed) Ogba, is working closely with Brooks Development Authority EB-5 Regional Center Director, Sha-Rone Caffie-Reyes to launch a dynamic and strategic plan that will create a circular environment of communication.“We are devoted to educating different audiences on the viability of investing in Brooks City Base via the EB-5 Regional Center” says co-founding partner Christian Reed-Ogba, “By providing social-ready and strategic information, across language and cultural barriers that draws interested and qualified investors to contact Brooks Development Authority.” The team will work to seek out investors who may find the unique offerings of the Federal EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program favorable. ROI for investing a minimum $500,000 investment toward approved projects include gaining access to a fast-track to American citizenship for the investor and their immediate family, including children under the age of 21. What does the boutique firm have to say about their newest accomplishment? “One of our goals for this year was to increase our capacity” says co-founding partner Uche Ogba, “To be successful, we are selective in the projects that we initiate, and understand the importance of having the right people in place to help sustain those projects.” In August BethanyEast PR brought on board its first vice president, Christopher Perez, who will take over building dynamic communication portals for the firm and its clients. Taking on the Brooks City Base investor relations campaign is only the second phase of the BethanyEast PR plan to be recognized as competitive fundraisers in San Antonio’s profit and non-profit communities. In 2013 the team created a cash-flow of $125,000 in media placement, silent auction profit and event marketing benefiting organizations like Eva’s Heroes, DreamWeek and the Alamo City Chamber of Commerce; a small drop in the bucket of San Antonio corporate and nonprofit spending, but enough to wet the whistles of the young entrepreneurs. Aggressively entering this market and setting a 2015 goal of more than $1 million in funds raised is a strategic decision made to gain interest and momentum from large market projects.
