By: LoanMart October 27th Encino, Calif. – The West Coast’s largest auto title loan lender, LoanMart, took part in the final race weekend of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) in Lake Elsinore, Calif. this past weekend. LoanMart, which has sponsored five drivers in three different classes of the series, has been a huge part of the LOORRS series. The season took the drivers and their sponsors to eight race weekends throughout four states. Last weekend’s race included a make-up race for the rain-soaked weekend in Las Vegas. Fans got to enjoy a total of three races. (One more race than usual.) To kick off the weekend of Round 14 Friday night, fans watched the Pro 4 class take the track. LoanMart was represented by Todd Leduc in the #7 Rockstar Energy Drink and LoanMart Truck. Leduc raced against his brother, Kyle, who is the points leader and his father, Curt, a long-time veteran of off-road racing. Todd finished in sixth place, ahead of his father but behind his brother, who won the race and the sealed the season championship. The Pro Lite race included two LoanMart-sponsored drivers. Former class champion, RJ Anderson, had mechanical issues and fell behind, but long-time veteran, Ryan Beat, had a great race and finished in fourth place. The high-flying Pro Buggies were next as LoanMart’s Dave Mason Jr. finished in eighth place. Mason, who finished in third place twice this season, was still looking for his first win for 2014 but fell short. The final race of the night was the Pro 2 class race, in which LoanMart had three. Todd Leduc finished ninth and teammate Patrick Clark, who has had a very strong season, finished sixth. The best result for the team was from the rookie in the class, RJ Anderson, who finished fifth just behind the legends of the sport – Marty Hart and Carl Renezeder. Night two of the race weekend had two exciting races, starting with Round 15 and the Pro 4 class. LoanMart’s Todd Leduc struggled and finished in tenth place, but his brother secured another win and finished with 11 wins on the season. The Pro Lite class ended the points battle and resulted in both LoanMart drivers having a great race: Ryan Beat finished fourth and RJ Anderson “podiumed” In the Pro Buggy class, LoanMart young star, Dave Mason Jr., capitalized on his talents and took the checkered flag, which was his first win of 2014. The Pro 2 class ended the first portion of the night with a tough battle giving LoanMart two entries, Patrick Clark an eighth place finish and Todd Leduc a sixth place finish. Saturday night ultimately came down to one of the most anticipated races of the season, the Lucas Oil Challenge Cup. “The Cup” races, Pro Lite and Pro 2 v. Pro 4, ignore the points standings and award the winners huge cash prizes. The Cup Pro Lite class featured a staggering 23 trucks and ended with LoanMart’s Ryan Beat in seventh place and RJ Anderson in fifth. An exciting race, but those finishes put both drivers outside of the money. The Fierce Pro 2 v. Pro 4 race lived up to all the hype. A total of 25 trucks represented both classes and it was carnage from the beginning. LoanMart’s Pro 2 drivers, Patrick Clark and RJ Anderson finished 22nd and fifth, respectively. Anderson’ The 2015 Lucas Oil Off Road Season will start again in Spring 2015.
