Cao Yong to receive the "Green Catalyst Award" at the Cleantech Open Gala Nov 13 Rex Northen, executive director of the Cleantech Open, will be announcing a historic milestone in the progress of cleantech entrepreneurship, just one day before the world’s most promising clean-technology entrepreneurs gather for the Cleantech Open’s Ninth Global Forum. Startups from around the world will showcase the exciting new technologies that will power our tomorrow. WHAT: The Cleantech Open Global Forum is the culmination of the year’s highly successful cleantech accelerator program. The two-day conference and expo showcase more than 100 of the year’s game-changing clean technologies from across agriculture, energy distribution and storage, energy efficiency, energy generation, transportation, and more. Master Artist Cao Yong’s renowned paintings will be displayed at the finale of the evening at the Gala on Treasure Island. Some of Yong's most famous paintings have sold for over $13 MILLION US Dollars, and 20 of them will be featured at the Cleantech Open Gala Dinner Silent Auction. WHO: ~Executive Director Rex Northen will introduce Yong, and will make a special historic announcement ~Special media opportunities to interview the finalists as well as meet award recipient, U.S. citizen Cao Yong, who is revered in the USA and has a celebrity following of over a billion people in China.
