Cyclists in St Albans Get WInter Cycle Boost With Wiggle

ST ALBANS, U.K. - Nov. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Wiggle, the UK’s favourite online cycling and trisports retailer, is set to host two
evenings designed to encourage cyclists of all abilities to get on their bikes and make the most of winter riding. The evenings will take place at Wiggle’s new Cycle Advice and Service Centre, housed within Homebase in St Albans, Herts.

The first event, on Wednesday 19^th November, is a women’s only affair and will consist of two informal 45-minute bike maintenance demonstrations beginning at 6pm and 7pm respectively. Aimed at novices along with riders who have many rides under their belt each demonstration will cover tasks such as puncture repair, changing wheels, gear adjustment and anything that an experienced cyclist would be proficient at. All attendees will receive a free Costa coffee and goody bag containing an assortment of Wiggle vouchers and cycling freebies.

The second event, Wiggle’s Indoor Race Night, is open to all two-wheeled lovers and will be held on Thursday 4^th December, doors open from 5:45pm with racing starting at 6pm. Using state of the art virtual turbo trainers, attendees will race against the clock over a 1km time trial with some great prizes on offer for those who make it to the top of the leader board. The refreshments on offer to all attending will be a welcome treat for those looking to replenish low fuel levels.

Whilst at both events, attendees will be able to browse through Wiggle’s vast online product catalogue, purchase a specially designed Wiggle Gift Voucher for loved ones and order any products needed for the upcoming season.
