VIP Vacations Earns Fifth Certified Travel Associate Agent for the Company

WHITEHALL, Pa. - Nov. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- In August 2014, two VIP Vacations agents, Emily Fisher and Emma Brumbaugh, became Certified Travel Associates, making a total of five agents who have taken the CTA exam. Other agents who have their CTA at VIP Vacations include Lauren Nolan, Alison Dobrowolski, and VIP Vacation President Jennifer Doncsecz.

"It is important that my agents are educated" says Doncsecz, who is also a CTIE or Certified Travel Industry Executive. "Having them take the CTA exam shows that they are certified to be professional travel agents who know their destinations as well as have the knowledge to sell, prefect customer service, and communication between not only the clients, but with others in the office."

The Certified Travel Associate exam, provided by the Travel Institute, is a twelve course exam that covers skills for selling, customer service, and communication in order to improve sales, increase efficiency, learn about destinations, and perfect customer service skills. Those who want to take the CTA exam must be in the industry for at least 18 months.
