Bea is for Business is “Making Spirits Bright” this Holiday Season

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Dec. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Since Charlotte start-up, Bea is for Business, launched in 2013, the company has championed the importance of teaching kids about business. This holiday season, Co-Authors Jamie A. Brown and Meg Seitz, are encouraging gift-givers to invest in presents that educate and expand the mind as well as inspire the next generation of business leaders.

“Our series of books  is a great option for gift giving this holiday because it’s not only a different and out-of-the-box gift, but also an opportunity to get kids thinking in an innovative way,” says Co-Author and Vice President, Meg Seitz. “Our team hears a lot that parents don’t feel equipped to teach their kids about business. But, kids are ready to learn about business – it’s why they like to babysit or launch lemonade stands. Bea is for Business helps facilitate that conversation for a family.”

With two leveled reader books, and a brand new chapter book out this fall, Bea is for Business is an innovative, educational platform that offers three children’s books and a website with supplemental learning resources to get kids thinking and talking about business at an early age.

In support of their initiative to encourage more educational gifts, Bea is for Business is asking parents, teachers, and administrators to nominate specific classrooms to receive their new chapter book - Bea is for Business: The Caramel Popcorn Venture.

To nominate a child’s class, simply write the company on the Bea is for Business Facebook page (www.facebook.com/bea4biz), or send an email to bea@beaisforbusiness.com. Include your child’s classroom, city, grade and email contact. All nominations must be received by December 31.

Bea is for Business will randomly select winners in January to receive the book early in 2015 for delivery at the beginning of the new school semester.
