Jim Roche Appointed Chairman of Board of Aonix Advanced Materials Corp

OTTAWA, Ontario - Dec. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Aonix Advanced Materials Corp., a leader in high performance thermoplastic composites, announced today that it has appointed technology and manufacturing veteran Jim Roche as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Roche is an accomplished business executive and entrepreneur with a strong track record in leading innovative technology companies from start-up status to world-wide success. He started his career as a founding member of Newbridge Networks where, as Vice President and General Manager of the Semiconductor Products Division, he helped the company grow to over $1B in revenue. He went on to co-found Tundra Semiconductor. As president and CEO, Jim guided Tundra through a successful IPO, double-digit revenue and profit growth, and several acquisitions. Roche formed Stratford Managers Corporation in 2006 to bring his skills and insight to bear on behalf of clients seeking strategic, tactical, and operational support to boost business performance and growth.
