The Tabernacle Church Is Bringing Christmas to A Community Store Near You

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, N.J. - Dec. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- This Christmas, The Tabernacle Church is continuing their commitment to connecting the community by spreading holiday cheer through Christmas caroling. Each year local residents are accustomed to the community choir caroling in their neighborhoods door to door. This year, the children’s community choir will spread cheer to shoppers as they finish up their last minute shopping for the holiday.

“At The Tabernacle we look forward to the Christmas season as it’s the highlight of our year. It’s a great opportunity to be community and not only celebrate the holiday, but also provide a time for families to partner with us and create long lasting memories. Every year we look for simple ways to bring community together to experience genuine love and happiness,” said De’Andre Salter, Senior Pastor at The Tabernacle Church.

On Saturday, December 21^st, The Tabernacle Church’s Central NJ Community Children’s choir will embark on their annual Christmas caroling journey. The community choir is comprised of over 60 children between the ages of 5-12 who hail from South Plainfield, Plainfield, Piscataway, Somerset and other surrounding towns. All are invited to join the choir along their caroling route, which is as follows:

Walmart @ 1PM: Centennial Square - 1303 Centennial Avenue, Piscataway, NJ

Kohl's @ 2PM: Hadley Center - 4971 Stelton Road, South Plainfield, NJ

Macy's @ 3PM: Middlesex Mall - 6305 Hadley Road, South Plainfield, NJ
