Kirkland Albrecht & Fredrickson (KAF) announces Michael Carr as Audit Manager

BRAINTREE, Mass. - Dec. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Kirkland Albrecht & Fredrickson, LLC (KAF) one of the leading CPA firms in the Boston area, announces that Michael Carr of Attleboro, Massachusetts has joined the company as an Audit Manager.

Carr brings to his post at KAF more than nine years of experience in public accounting, the majority in the construction and professional services industries. His major areas of specialization include audits and reviews of general contractors and subcontractors along with operational reviews, contract reviews, financial forecasting and budgeting, and benchmarking. Carr also has experience in information technology, which includes implementation and systems review.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Carr is also currently working toward his Master of Science in Taxation degree from Bentley University.

Carr volunteers with The Tomorrow Fund, a cancer research organization for children.  In his spare time Carr enjoys sports, working on old cars, woodworking and metalworking.
