Mohajerani pointed out that strengthening a community is much like strengthening a business. In both cases, short-term and long-term goals, as well as strategic plans for attaining them, are crucial. Also, a supportive and empowering environment is a necessity for the individuals involved in businesses and communities alike to thrive. Regardless of the circumstances, people who are upbeat, optimistic, results-oriented, and compassionate are bound to make a significant impact on the likelihood of success.
