He is serving as the chair of DRI’s Lawyers' Professionalism and Ethics Committee for the second consecutive year. In addition, Mr. Yurk is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Arizona Supreme Court’s Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee. Mr. Yurk serves as pro bono consultant on lawyer discipline for the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. In addition, Mr. Yurk regularly presents and authors articles addressing professional conduct and ethics matters. He joined the firm in 2013. Mr. Yurk earned his juris doctor from Arizona State University College of Law in 1998 and graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in 1990. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
