By: Fox River Fiber Watermolen serves on Fox River Fiber’s leadership team, where he develops optimization strategies and provides the support, innovation and processes necessary to implement those strategies. Watermolen most recently worked for IYI North as the director of Supply Chain and Business Development. In this role, he streamlined purchasing and developed consolidation strategies in a custom metal fabrication process. He also spent 16 years with Kimberly-Clark in progressive sourcing, purchasing and management roles. John Lavery has joined Fox River Fiber as Sales Manager for the industry leader in producing pulp from recycled fibers and label liners. Lavery serves on Fox River Fiber’s leadership team, where he is responsible for facilitating sales growth through relationships with existing customers and new business development. Lavery brings more than 20 years of sales and management experience to his role, most recently as a sales account executive for Service Litho. He also spent 17 years in the publishing industry with Banta Corp. as a sales executive and business development manager. Fox River Fiber is a pulp manufacturer that leads the industry in the de-inking of post-consumer wastepaper, transforming recycled fiber into high-quality, de-inked pulp. Fox River Fiber earned the Best Places to Work Award from the Pulp and Paper Manufacturers Association (PPMA) in 2013 and the Business Friend of the Environment award from Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce in 2011.
