It begins with a bridge at the De Pere locks on the Fox River, crosses the lock tender’s island, and connects to a viewing pier on the foundation of the old Claude Allouez Bridge. “On behalf of the citizens of De Pere, I would like to thank Fox River Fiber for its generous contribution toward improving the quality of life in our community,” said De Pere Mayor Mike Walsh.
