Windsong Properties Promotes Kris Johnson to Sales Manager

ATLANTA - Jan. 29, 2015 - PRLog -- ATLANTA – Windsong Properties is proud to announce the promotion of Kris Johnson to Sales Manager. Overseeing all of the builder's communities, Kris is looking forward to working more closely with her team to ensure their active adult buyers find the home of their dreams.

Kris has been with Windsong Properties for eight years as an on-site sales agent and started her new position on January 1, 2015. With her vast experience in real estate and active adult homebuilding, Kris is designated as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and is well respected by her fellow sales associates, the Windsong team and her homebuyers. “Effective communication is critically important in my new role with the company. I must be engaged and in the field daily to ensure our sales team has everything they need to achieve the company’s sales goals and objectives,” explains Kris. “I am looking at the needs of the sales team on a global level now rather than on a community level, and that brings an entirely new set of responsibilities and expectations."

In addition to being responsible for all of the builder's communities, including Heron Pond, Bel-Aire, Windsong Manor and Windsong at Seven Hills, Kris is also fully engaged in all aspects of new community development and start up. Kris enjoys working with a company with strong leadership that constantly displays the company’s core values on a daily basis. Now, Kris is excited to continue her growth with this team and looks forward to what the future has in store.
