TBK Consult to Sponsor European AppCup 2015

KLAMPENBORG, Denmark - Feb. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- For the second consecutive year, the winners of each category competing in the European AppCup 2015 will receive a one day business consultancy review from TBK Consult.

The European AppCup is a competition dedicated to SMEs, start-ups and individuals who develop apps. The AppCup gives developers an opportunity to compete in one of three categories for Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1

The three categories are Business 2 Business (B2B), Business to Consumer (B2C) and Microsoft CityNext. Microsoft CityNext is the category that focuses on solutions that will benefit cities in the modern era, from health to transport, from city planning to education.

Steen Helmer, Advisory Board member, Executive Partner at TBK Consult Holding and EMEA/IAMCP Board Member, said, "This is an excellent opportunity for new app designers to receive business development advice from an international network of management consultants, who specialise in the software industry. This is the third year that Microsoft has organised the AppCup in Europe. Winners are judged on their innovation, market opportunity and user interface when combined with Microsoft Windows 8.1 products. TBK Consult sits alongside other sponsors such as the International Erasmus Network and the European Confederation of Junior Enterprises.
