Inktel Appoints New VP of Solutions for Rapidly Growing E-Commerce Practice

MIAMI - Feb. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Inktel Contact Center Solutions is pleased to announce Jordi De Joseph will be joining the team as Vice President of Solutions for the E-Commerce and Retail practices.  Mr. De Joseph will be responsible for driving client acquisition, developing strategic partnerships, and bolstering Inktel’s solutions portfolio.

Mr. De Joseph comes to Inktel from SkyBank Financial where he served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.  Before SkyBank, Jordi managed over $500 million in client assets as a financial analyst at GenSpring Family Offices and ran the Cruise Division at American Express Marketing.

Jordi received both a BA in International Business Management and a Master’s in Business Administration from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL.

Originally from Barcelona, Spain, Jordi grew up in Miami, played college basketball at St. Thomas University, and then spent two years as a professional basketball player for Barcelona.  He is also the Co-founder of a non-profit organization, Amigos Near, which helps underprivileged kids in Haiti.  Amigos Near has now provided support to children in over 36 countries.
