Boomer, Be Nice: New Children's Book by Stacy Roberts to Address Bullying and Teach Kindness

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Feb. 14, 2015 - PRLog -- One Saturday morning, Boomer Bulldog decides to use his size to bully his friends at the playground. Author Stacy Roberts enjoys writing stories to teach children important life lessons. She is excited to announce the upcoming release of Boomer, Be Nice. In celebration of the new release, Tandem Light Press is hosting an official book launch party on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 2:30pm. It will be held at the New Life Worship Center in Hephzibah, Georgia (3550 Morgan Road). Local residents and families will have the opportunity to meet the author, purchase signed copies, and enjoy some lively Boomer, Be Nice entertainment. Stacy Marie Roberts was raised in Augusta, Georgia. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Georgia Regents University in 2006 and is currently pursuing her Master’s of Business Administration in Human Resources from Liberty University. Roberts has several years of childcare experience and genuinely enjoys working with young people. She is the president of the Temple Teens Department of the New Life Worship Center and has been a member of New Life for over 25 years. Through her personal love of reading and writing, Stacy is able to teach children lessons on life and faith through her stories.
