Sika UAE opens new Powder production facility to cater for growing demand in GCC

JLT, UAE - March 12, 2015 - PRLog -- SIKA UAE LLC has recently opened a new state-of-the-art mortar manufacturing facility at its existing production site in Dubai Investment Park, Dubai. The facility at DIP has been producing its innovative range of concrete admixtures, additives and compounds since 2008, and the new powder plant will satisfy the growing demands of the construction industry in the Southern Gulf for building adhesives, high performance grouts and repair mortars.

Now fully operational, the plant has an initial capacity of 24000 tons per annum and will compliment production in Sika’s existing powder plants in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Besides its local production plants, Sika UAE has warehouse facilities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to stock  products manufactured by Sika companies worldwide for specific application and requirements of the local and GCC markets.
