2015 KWC USA National Karaoke Championships Grand Finale to be held in Little Rock, Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - March 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Karaoke World Championships USA (KWC USA) is proud to announce that the 2015 KWC USA National Karaoke Championships Grand Finale will take place September 25^th, 26^th and 27^th at Juanitas in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The best amateur singers from across the country will compete for a spot on Team USA. The nation’s top male and female singer will represent the United States against teams from 40+ countries at the World Finals November 20-22 in Singapore.

“KWC USA is privileged to bring our National Karaoke Championships Grand Finale to Little Rock for the first time ever. Arkansas has produced the last two Men’s National champions and the 2014 KWC Men’s World Champion,” says KWC USA President Whitney-John Stuart. “Our host venue, Juanitas, is known as one of the best live music venues in Little Rock and we look forward to showcasing the best amateur singers in the nation there.”

Little Rock’s own Anthony Montius Magee, the 2014 KWC Men’s World Champion, will be a part of the finale as guest performer and judge. He is excited to show the rest of the country some Arkansas hospitality. “I am grateful to KWCUSA for bringing the Nationals to Little Rock. I hope everyone is ready for a fantastic weekend.”

“It’s been an amazing year, capturing the national title and traveling to Stockholm, Sweden to represent the United States against the very best amateur singers on the planet”, said Magee. “The title of National champion means a lot and I’m glad I get to help choose the next winner and prepare them for the Worlds in Singapore.”

This year, there will be 3 ways to qualify for the National Grand Finale: through live performances at local and state venues, video song submissions or self-sponsorship directly into the event.
