Insider Training announces "Smart Nutrition" web series

EAGAN, Minn. - March 31, 2015 - PRLog -- Insider Training announces its new web series Smart Nutrition. In this weekly webinar Smart Nutrition offers participants a discussion of dietary habits and personalized meal-planning in a small group format.

Led by registered dietitians Smart Nutrition helps individuals take control of their diet for long-term success.  Each week group faciliators discuss nutrition topics along with providing resources for additional learning. Participants will be provided nutrition education, sample meal plans/recipies and more. Monthly webinars are $50 per course and are scheduled to begin May 2015.
