Velocity Sports Performance, Insider Training partner on Adult Fitness

EDINA, Minn. - Nov. 17, 2016 - PRLog -- Insider Training, Inc. a leader of in-home fitness and nutrition services in the Twin Cities announces its new Adult Fitness Program partnership with Velocity Sports Performance, an area leader in performance training.  The Adult Fitness Program offers weekly small-group personal training focusing on the health & fitness needs of the adult population.

Each training class offers elements of resistance, cardiovascular and flexibility training in 1-hour group training sessions.   The Adult Fitness Program will be available at Velocity Sports Performance  (7104 Ohms Lane, Edina, MN 55439) beginning in December 2016.
