TROY, Mich. - March 30, 2015 - PRLog -- AirTime Trampoline & Game Park Rallies for Southfield Teen in Need of a Heart Transplant

The Metro Detroit community is coming together to raise money for a Southfield teen in need of a precious heart transplant.

Fourteen-year-old Trevor Sullivan was a tough, seemingly healthy football player until he went to the hospital in February with a cold that wouldn't quit.

He then received the devastating news that he has a heart defect that was never diagnosed and is now suffering severe heart failure.

The community has raised thousands of dollars already and is holding additional fundraisers in hopes of helping the family even more.

AirTime Trampoline & Game Park is all about giving back to the community. Save the date, Friday, April 24, 2015, 4pm - 9pm. JUMP FOR TREVOR at the AirTime Trampoline & Game Park Troy location; 662 E. Big Beaver Rd; Troy, MI 48083

All ages are welcome.  $25 for 2 hrs of jump time or a generous $15 donation toward the cause itself.  Sports celebrities, media celebrities, etc. will be attending Jump For Trevor.  #TeamTrevor
