Follow on Google News | New Family Pub & Restaurant Opens on Broadland Business ParkNew Hungry Horse pub, the Fieldfare, opened its doors for the first time on last week on Norwich’s Broadland Business Park.

We are very pleased that they have chosen Broadland Business Park for the opening of the new Hungry Horse outlet. With the recent completion of the adjacent Costa Drive-thru and now The Fieldfare, it has provided the Park with superb additions to the facilities for people working there, visitors and residents." The opening of the two outlets comes hot on the heels of a number of new office lettings on the Park, including award-winning national accountants network, TaxAssist who have moved into a suite of 5,033ft2(468m2) on the second floor of the Bankside 300 building and energy business, RWE, who have taken the 3,630ft2 (337m2) first floor suite of Lakeside 200. In addition, Persimmon Homes Anglia is set to construct a new three storey 9,000 sq ft purpose-designed head office for 50 staff at the Park. The Fieldfare was named by local resident Jennie Layton after her memories of fieldfare birds flying out of trees when she used to do cross country runs near the site. Jay Jones, manager of the Fieldfare, said: “We are really excited to get our doors open and show the local community their new pub. We also want to extend an invitation to those who work on the business park. We have a new menu with more variety for those looking for a lighter bite that would be perfect for people’s lunch break.” James Allen of the Park’s retained agents, Roche Chartered Surveyors, said: “The Costa Coffee and the Hungry Horse family pub and restaurant will add to the attraction of Broadland Business Park.
