The Book Nook terminates Joshua Lisec's The Phoenix Reich and The Compass

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - April 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Ms. Donna Quesinberry, President | Sole Proprietor of the former . . . 'The Book Nook states, we terminated author Joshua Lisec and his Max Meyer Adventure Series titles . . . "The Phoenix Reich" and "The Compass," which promised to extend positive performance; however, the sales marks have remained poor while readership has loved the books. At this time, the sole proprietorship is closing and a restructure is occurring with a potential Chapter filing for the former sole proprietorship being considered systemic of over fifty (50) debut authors in a simultaneous setting under the sole proprietorship.'

Thankfully, as a sole proprietor The Book Nook was enabled to provide authors such as Lisec with a brand / image and build resulting in a presentation in the marketplace today that would have otherwise been impossible to have achieved as no one else was accepting his manuscripts at that time.

Mr. Lisec, while under contract, began his own competitive publishing venture at www.joshualiseccom, which complicated the role to him as a publisher and created a minimized level of interactivity as his new venture was competitive and therefore proprietary information could not be shared. He had disclosed this to be a technical writing venture upon release of his two titles "simultaneously" with over $500.00 in giveaway books . . . but upon review some five (5) months later it was determined this was a competitive venture.

At this time, Ms. Quesinberry wishes Mr. Lisec every continued success and although he breached the contract competitive bargaining clauses while under agreement, presently no legal action is pending.

Contract was terminated 6 April 2015.
