Whether a lawyer is representing a client alleging abuse, or an employer defending a case, they should know not only what ideally should be done but what realistically can be done to stop the harassment from occurring in the workplace. Jennifer Hancock created this e-course for Humanist Learning Systems to help lawyers understand what an effective anti-harassment policy actually look like and more importantly why.
