Per Dawn, "I was abused, bullied and victimized for many years.  After spending three days in the Veteran Affairs (VA) Mental Health ward in 2013, I realized I was sick and tired of being a victim and took charge of my life--100% accountability.  I had recently been bullied for blowing the whistle on the VA and dealt with severe bullying/retaliation from my former management.  As I took full accountability of my life and decided I would no longer be a victim, I stood up to my bullies and I settled with the VA, two days before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission hearing.  One week later, I began training to become a professional life coach and help empower women who could benefit from my skills."

Simply put: Workplace Bullying should not be accepted by victims, victors or anyone within a business or home.
