Idea Rebel develops interactive app for Converse "Made By You" campaign

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - April 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Idea Rebel have developed a new one of a kind app for Converse. In Their Chucks - a 360 Experience allows users to become fully immersed in the everyday surroundings of four famous Chuck Taylor wearers. Users can experience interactive stories with celebrities such as; actress Joanna DeLane, musician King Tuff, journalist Thomas Midlane, and artist Ron English.

The app is part of the new brand campaign, “Made By You,”  launched by Converse which showcases the creativity and expression of the fans that have been wearing Chuck Taylor’s for nearly 100 years.

Utilizing the technology now available on mobile devices, the app was developed using a video filmed with a 360º camera, creating an immersive and unique 3D world in which the device is a user’s window into a panoramic environment. It is a truly unique use of mobile device capabilities, putting the user inside of a spherical setting in which they can explore the scenery around them.
