Flex Your Creativity and Join the danger!awesome Community

April 28, 2015 - PRLog -- danger!awesome recently opened a brand-new 2,200 square-foot space, right around the corner from their original retail location. The new space features updates to both programming and facilities, including free educational workshops and events. Updates also include new, more powerful equipment and need-based scholarships for the local community. In order for these plans to come to fruition, however, danger!awesome must reach their target of 200 new members by the end of the drive, on May 22.

Memberships start at just under $50 per month and can include 24/7 access to the new coworking space and machines, personal storage, and one-on-one training—as well as deep discounts on workshops, walk-in custom designs, and self-serve time on machines such as 3D printers and laser cutters. Family memberships start at under $50 per person, per month. Corporate and group rates are also available.

In addition to discounts on new memberships, danger!awesome will be hosting a series of events with other creative organizations including:

A series of events as part of Together Boston (May 14–17)

A Mother’s Day workshop with guest artists during Cambridge Open Studios (May 9–10, 12–6 p.m.)

A Membership Party (May 8, 6–10 p.m.) celebrating new members and promoting the drive

Demos and activities as part of RiverFest (June 6, 12–6 p.m.) in front of the store and inside the retail tent
