Webinar Description: Clinical Trial Agreements are notorious for their complex and often confusing, payment terms. Those terms make it difficult for sites to accurately track how much is owed to them by CROs/Sponsors, and whether they have been paid correctly for a study. This session will discuss some of the challenges of managing clinical trial receivables and offer strategies for ensuring your site is paid correctly for research activity. Additionally, we will review specific tools/systems that can be used for tracking study receivables and reconciling payments. The benefits to your site in implementing a robust Receivables Management process include: • Improved cash flow and reduced accounts receivable due to a proactive collections process • The ability to reconcile studies and potentially uncover “lost” revenues • Accurate, timely accrual financial information outlining your site’s profitability • Enhanced reporting for improved visibility, which informs effective business decisions Register Here: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/ Webianr Speaker: Sarah Gustafson Sarah is a Certified Public Accountant with over 9 years experience in clinical research.
