PORT ORANGE, Fla. - May 6, 2015 - PRLog -- Mike Sleaford, Reunion Bank President and CEO, is pleased to announce that April Hanstinehas been promoted to Bank Officer/BSA Specialist for Reunion Bank of Florida working out of the Port Orange location.

“April is a Port Orange native with over 13 years of banking experience,” Mr. Sleaford stated. “She has been with us five years and is now a bank officer,” he added.

April is responsible for keeping the bank BSA compliant, audits, assisting Reunion Bank’s BSA/Compliance Officer Mark Bowling with training and fraud cases.

The BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) of 1970 requires financial institutions in the United States to assist U.S. government agencies to detect and prevent money laundering.
