2015 Phoenix Pet Expo Sets New Single Event Attendance Record, Announces 2 Days in 2016

PHOENIX - May 13, 2015 - PRLog -- Over 25,000 attendees (and their pets) walked through the 2015 Phoenix Pet Expo, which was held on April 25 and 26 at the Westworld of Scottsdale. The show featured educational and entertaining guests such as Animal Planet’s Shorty Rossi from “Pit Boss,” Wayde King, Brett Raymer, and Irwin Raymer of “TANKED” fame, reptiles from Phoenix Herpetological Society and exotic animals with Critter Science! Pets who attended the expo with their companions could also take a spin on the disc dogs course from Phoenix Area Disc Dogs, the canine obstacle course with Jumping Chollas Agility Club, or the Flyball course with K9 Outlaws!

Organizers previously announced the expanded format in 2015, moving the event to 2 days to further benefit both exhibitors and attendees. Long time exhibitors such as Barking Baby were thrilled with the changes. “Barking Baby had an incredible show this year at The Phoenix Pet Expo.  The addition of a second day almost doubled our sales,” says Marilyn Hikida, owner and designer of Barking Baby. “We love the Amazing Pet Expo Staff, they are always professional, helpful and super friendly!  We will definitely be back next year.”

After breaking single show attendance records, Amazing Pet Expos has announced plans to continue the Phoenix Pet Expo as a two-day show in April of 2016, following the success of the two-day show in 2015. On top of so many exciting features, the Phoenix Pet Expo facilitated over 200 adoptions through 31 different local rescue groups. Arizona Humane Society administered 300-plus affordable vaccinations and microchips throughout the show.
