Putt-Putt Fun Center Adds Company's First Laser Tag Arena

HOPE MILLS, N.C. - Jan. 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Hope Mills, NC - Putt-Putt Fun Center is one of the most recognizable mini-golf family entertainment franchises in America with over 45 locations. David Callahan, the chief executive officer since 2000, and his team researched and found that laser tag would be the best attraction to complement their expansive entertainment offerings: Putt-Putt Golf, arcade games, bumper cars, bumper boats, batting cages and go-karts.

The location in Hope Mills, North Carolina was designated as the site to have the company's first laser tag arena. Creative Works http://www.thewoweffect.com was the easy decision to be the laser tag arena builder. The response from guest have been extremely positive. “The Laser Tag attraction has performed nicely. Creative Works really did bring ‘WOW’ throughout the entire arena. We are pleased with the end result,” commented Robin Kerr, Director of Operations at the Putt-Putt Fun Center.

Earth Quest was the theme chosen for the new laser tag arena. Putt-Putt Fun Center worked with the Creative Works design team to create an environment covered in brightly colored trees and over 160 plants. Players enter the multi-level laser tag arena as explorers visiting this untouched planet only to realize that the native creatures aren't the only things awaiting their arrival. Robots have landed on the planet and are looking to destroy the forest. Players will navigate through both natural and industrial themed obstacles and will come face-to-face with a 14-foot tall Battle Droid. The arena can accommodate up to 20 players and uses laser tag equipment from Zone Laser Tag.
