Iknow Expands Senior Management Team

PRINCETON, N.J. - May 26, 2015 - PRLog -- Iknow LLC today announced that Robert Armacost, Scott Leeb and Shahzad Khokhar have joined the company. Robert and Scott will serve as Engagement Directors, while Shahzad will serve as a Senior Technology Consultant and CTO.

Robert (Bob) Armacost

Bob brings extensive experience in management consulting and knowledge management, with a track record of delivering significant business impact for two leading global professional services organizations.  Bob most recently held the position of Principal & Global Head of Knowledge at KPMG, LLP.  Bob led the strategy and implementation for KPMG’s global knowledge, collaboration and research capabilities, which delivered value for its business and clients by harnessing the knowledge of KPMG’s 160,000 people.

Prior to KPMG, Bob served as the first-ever Director of Knowledge Management for Bain & Company, Inc., where he led the build and oversight of Bain’s award-winning knowledge capabilities and tools.  Bob began his Bain career as a management consultant, where he led teams serving clients across multiple industries on strategy, performance improvement and M&A issues.

Bob also previously served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force with final rank of Captain, where he managed the development and procurement of major electronic systems for the Air Force.

A frequent speaker and author on knowledge management and collaboration, Bob holds a B.S. degree from Northwestern University in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. degree from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Scott Leeb

Scott was most recently the Managing Director for Knowledge Management at the Rockefeller Foundation.  In this newly created role, he designed, implemented and managed a centralized function for gathering and accessing all of the Rockefeller Foundation's extensive information resources to ensure that collective knowledge capital was leveraged to support the Foundation's operations and contributed to the impact of the work of the Foundation and its grantees.

Prior to that, Scott was the Vice President, Business Intelligence for Prudential Retirement Services where he was responsible for facilitating the organization’s ongoing marketing transformation using research, analytics and data to leverage a competitive advantage.

Scott began his career at the U.S. Department of Defense as a senior intelligence analyst where he focused on political-military issues in Asia.

Scott holds a B.A. degree from Yale University, an M.A. degree in International Affairs (East Asia) from Columbia University, and an M.A. degree in Strategic Studies (Asia) from the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia.

Shazhad Khokhar

Shazhad was most recently the Founder and Principal Consultant at CloudForce Consulting, a specialty professional services organization that provides strategic cloud advisory and implementation services.

Prior to that, Shazhad held a number of senior positions at technology companies, where he developed expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, Java programming, web technologies and database management.

Shazhad holds a B.S. degree in Information Systems from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and an M.S. degree in Information & Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University.
