CHICAGO - June 4, 2015 - PRLog -- bisco industries’ Chicago, IL team recently participated in the very first Red Nose Day USA campaign. On May 21st the entire Chicago sales team wore their red noses around the office to promote this great cause. The Red Nose Day campaign was created to raise funds and awareness for children and young people living in poverty.

The Red Nose Day campaign originated 30 years ago in the UK and has since been generating hundreds of millions of dollars and global awareness to its cause. In its first year ever, Red Nose Day USA raised a total of $21 Million, which will be distributed to 12 charities tackling childhood poverty around the world.

bisco’s Midwest Area Manager, Phil Martinez, was inspired to organize his teams participation after contributing to Red Nose Day with his own family. Each member of the Chicago sales team, one of bisco’s largest facilities, personally donated to the Red Nose Day fund by purchasing a red nose.
