Joseph M. Vassallo, CBP Named Kidde Hero of the Week On American Country Countdown with Kix Brooks

LAS VEGAS - June 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Water Safety Activist Joseph M Vassallo, CBP (http://paragonpoolslv.com/), president of Paragon Pools in Las Vegas was named the Kidde Hero of the Week on Sunday, June 14, 2015 during the national broadcast of American Country Countdown with Kix Brooks for his Float Like A Duck™ water safety program. For over a dozen years, Vassallo has continued his mission to teach homeowners and families how to have positive water experiences. Utilizing a kid-friendly, sidekick named Duckie, Vassallo is able to catch the attention of children and their parents, allowing him the opportunity to provide vital information about the importance of practicing safety measures, around all bodies of water.

His message is relevant to families across the nation whether they own a pool or not. “Drowning can be prevented,” remarks Vassallo.

The popular Float Like A Duck™ program focuses on the ABCD’s of water safety.  The annual event grows each year with the addition of new activities and community partners.
