Brooklyn DWI Lawyer Announces Two Hearing Wins In A Row

June 22, 2015 - PRLog -- When police officers violate the rights of the accused, judges will supress the evidence that the prosecution tries to use against them. That is precisley what happened in Brooklyn Criminal Court lawt week in two cases defended by Brooklyn DWI attorney Michael S. Discioarro.

In the first case, People v. J.C, the judge ruled after a hearing the the police officers had not probable cause to even stop the defendant. As a result, all dwi charges were dropped against the defendant.

In People v. F.S.- The judge, after a hearinf, ruled that the defendant had his right to counsel violated and thus supressed keye evidence against him. The judge went through the details of the case and stated that the defendant had asked for an attorney at least 10 times.

"We are very happe with these results.Our clients rights were violated and we were able to show that in court." Mr. Discioarro said.
