By: Naperville CARES “We are so pleased that Rich and Jim have agreed to join the Naperville CARES board,” said Janet Derrick, Naperville CARES Executive Director, “Their skill sets will be a wonderful compliment to the talents of our current board members and will enable the board to continue to build program capacity to better serve the community.” With a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Goeden is a Vice President at BMO Harris Bank and has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, serving in corporate planning, product management, retail management, and currently in small business client program development. He has volunteered at Naperville CARES fundraising events previously and was a board member of the St. Raphael chapter of St. Vincent DePaul Society from its founding in 2008 through 2014. He lives in Naperville with his wife Milissa, and his daughters Emily and Elizabeth. “Over the past six years, I have had the opportunity to partner with CARES in helping many Naperville families in need. Naperville CARES does tremendous work in the community and I look forward to helping CARES continue to grow and achieve their mission,” said Goeden. James F. McCluskey is a founding member of Momkus McCluskey, LLC. He concentrates his practice in the trial of commercial cases. McCluskey primarily practices before all state and federal courts in Illinois. McCluskey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elmhurst College in 1976. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Northern Illinois University in 1979, and a Master of Laws from The John Marshall Law School in 1988. McCluskey joined Momkus McCluskey, LLC as a partner in 1991. He has tried over 56 civil jury trials to verdict in Cook and the collar counties of Chicago and in Federal Court. He now concentrates his practice in commercial, probate, shareholder’ McCluskey said, “I am excited about the opportunity to work with Naperville CARES as it’s a collaborative, community focused organization that makes a difference in people’s lives when they are most vulnerable.
